Fresh off my flight from Vegas I dropped off my bags & went to Espace to see the beauty of Corvette past and future. There's something special about being able to able to see the history of luxury sports car. It instantly makes you think about driving on the open road feeling the wind in your hair and catching the eye of everyone you ride past. In addition to viewing the beautiful cars we sipped on delicious cabernet, enjoyed tasty bites and I devoured one of the most delicious cupcakes I've had in a long time!
The 2014 Corvette Stingray is the most powerful standard model ever, with an estimated 450 horsepower (335 kW) and 450 lb.-ft. of torque (610 Nm). It is also the most capable standard model ever, able to accelerate from 0-60 in less than four seconds and achieve more than 1g in cornering grip. It is expected to be the most fuel-efficient Corvette, exceeding the EPA-estimated 26 mpg of the current model.
